Mississippi River Museum
When Monadnock Media approached us to program and design 4 major interactive kiosks for the Mississippi River Museum in Dubuque, we jumped at the chance. Now, nearly 2 years later, the touch screens are installed and the Museum is open for business. Here's a sample of their new software... (click on the thumbnails for a closer view)

RIVER OF CHOICES
This wide-screen application is viewed on four 42 inch plasma flat screen monitors and is jammed with QuickTime video of experts debating controversies concerning the river. Topics for discussion include debating whether or not to increase the size of the locks on the river, flood control, and the disappearing delta.

WATER QUALITY
Users can explore the facts behind the declining water quality in the Mississippi River and experience the consequences of building levees, manmade islands, dredging and more.

TIME AND THE RIVER
Travel 50 million years through time and discover how the Mississippi River watershed was formed. This program features a touch-screen timeline, shifting contents, moving glaciers and massive floods!

NATIONAL RIVERS HALL OF FAME
With over 100 entries, National Rivers Hall of Fame covers 5 categories of people involved with rivers (Artists, Pathfinders, Builders, River People and Achievement Award Winners). Here you can explore the rich history of rivers across the states.

ELLIS ISLAND MUSEUM

Installed in January of 2003, this is by far the largest interactive at this historic site. "A Map of Diversity" features a background history of the United States Census and population density maps for over 200 ethnic groups projected onto a wall sized screen.

LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN

When the producers of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien decided to try to release a CD of the best music acts on Conan, they came to Right Angle to create the enhanced CD. The work was fun, the results were a riot!
